Weird veins on my cheek ugh

I am battling being sick right now so I have just been washing my face and doing moisturizer/face serum while trying to get better. I noticed now on both of my cheeks I have these little red lines. Has this happened to anyone? What do I need to do? Obviously it’s causing my cheeks to be red too. Ugh.
